ANNUAL CONVENTION
March 10-13, 2019 The Lodge, Deadwood, SD

The South Dakota Well Drillers Association will be holding their joint convention with the North Dakota Well Drillers Association March 10 - 13, 2019. The convention will be held at The Lodge, Deadwood, SD again this year, as we felt it really worked well the last few shows.

We are expecting a large turnout again this year. South Dakota licensed well drillers and pump installers will be able to gain up to 8 hours of continuing education needed to renew their license at this convention.

We plan to have approximately the same format as in the past. On Monday, March 11, exhibits will be open from 3:00 - 6:00 pm with the scholarship presentation and auction and meal in the Exhibit Hall. Exhibits will be open from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Tuesday, March 12, with a luncheon served in the Hall. Luncheon sponsors will have their names displayed on a sign in the Exhibit Hall. Inside booth space is limited and is approximately 8' x 10'. Outside space is available for large equipment next to the exhibit hall. I anticipate that we will be short on booth spaces from the number of early inquiries so it has been decided that previous vendors will be the first to receive booth space before Feb 1st. At that time all unfilled spaces will be filled on first come, first serve basis until we are full.

On Monday evening we will be doing our scholarship auction as previously mentioned. At this time our scholarship recipient will be awarded. If you have anything you would like to donate for the auction please let us know. We appreciate everything you do for us. Also, please feel free hold your own drawings/door prizes as well if you would like.

We have enclosed a SDWDA-NDWDA Convention Registration form for your convenience. Please fill this out and return as soon as possible. Please return registrations by February 15, 2019 so we may list you on the programs. Membership in the SDWDA or the NDWDA has never been more important than now. Please join.
